No Refund After Successful Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the product, subscription, account, license, or access details have been successfully delivered to the customer.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of usage after delivery
  • Compatibility issues not mentioned before purchase
  • Failure to read product details before ordering

Support & Replacement Policy

If you experience any genuine issue with a delivered product during its warranty period, our team will provide support and, where applicable, a replacement.

Please note:

  • Resolution may take up to 7 working days depending on the issue.
  • Customers are required to cooperate with the support team and provide necessary information when requested.
  • Most issues are resolved through replacement or support assistance.

Refunds in Exceptional Cases

If our team is unable to provide a working replacement or a suitable resolution within the warranty period, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

The refund amount will depend on:

Duration of usage
Remaining validity
Purchase value
Nature of the issue

Warranty Period

Each product may have a different warranty period. Warranty details are mentioned on the respective product page.

Once the warranty period has expired:

  • No further support will be provided.
  • No replacement will be provided.
  • No refund requests will be accepted.

Courses & Digital Bundles

Products such as courses, reel bundles, digital download bundles and educational resources generally do not include any warranty, replacement, or refund unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

Customers are strongly advised to download and keep their own backup immediately after receiving access.
