Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing K26 Digital or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

Products & Pricing

  • We resell genuine digital products, subscriptions and licenses sourced from official providers and authorised partners.
  • Prices are in INR and inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, run offers, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 minutes after payment confirmation, via email or WhatsApp.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond 60 minutes, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 63592 73990 for priority resolution.
  • Some plans require account-level setup — instructions are sent with the delivery message.

What You May Not Do

  • Do not resell, sub-license, or transfer any product you purchase from K26 Digital.
  • Do not change the account password / recovery email of any subscription account we provide unless explicitly told it is permitted.
  • Do not attempt to chargeback a successful delivery — we reserve the right to suspend any account that does so.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Replacements and warranty are governed by our Refund & Support Policy.
  • Refunds are not available after successful delivery, except in cases listed in the Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • K26 Digital is not liable for losses arising from misuse of a product, account-level decisions by the official provider, or service interruptions on third-party platforms.
  • Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
